Codex 利用ガイド

設定の全体像

config.toml はなくても、空でも利用できます。ただし有効なモデル、提供元、接続先と必要な資格情報は実行時に必要です。公開 306 パスと Schema の 103 トップレベルキーを列挙します。Schema 内の存在は公開機能の保証ではありません。

配置場所と優先順位

通常の優先順位は CLI、信頼済みプロジェクト、選択 profile、ユーザー、クラウド配布既定、システム、内蔵既定です。requirements は別に許容範囲を制限します。プロジェクト層は provider や認証ルートを上書きできません。

TOML のスコープと profile

トップレベルキーは表の前に書きます。[model_providers.custom] 以降は次の表まで同じスコープで、空行では戻りません。0.134.0 以降は独立した name.config.toml と --profile を使います。

提供元 ID と表示名

model_provider は提供元 ID を選び、name は表示名です。OpenAI という表示名だけで公式ログインにはなりません。openai、ollama、lmstudio は予約済みです。amazon-bedrock は AWS 設定を持つ内蔵提供元です。

URL とプロトコル

base_url、openai_base_url、chatgpt_base_url は対象が異なります。現在 wire_api は responses のみです。Chat Completions 対応だけでは十分でなく、パスも提供サービスに従うため /v1 が常に必須とは限りません。

認証方式と排他条件

公式は ChatGPT と API Key の認証を提供します。env_key は Bearer 用環境変数名です。独自提供元の requires_openai_auth は既定 false、true は OpenAI 資格情報を使用し env_key を無視します。外部命令 auth を env_key、直接 token、requires_openai_auth と併用しません。

最小構成例

構成例は一つの方式を選び、プレースホルダーを置き換えます。公式ログイン、Bearer、独自ヘッダー、命令取得、二重資格情報、ローカルモデル、Bedrock を区別します。実際のキーや外部接続は試験していません。

モデルとコンテキスト

利用可能なモデルと思考レベルを使います。model_context_window を増やしてもサーバー制限は増えません。圧縮、詳細度、速度階層、Token 予算は別機能で、利用枠の返還ではありません。

権限と承認

旧 sandbox と Beta 権限 profile は併用しません。sandbox_mode や --sandbox は旧方式を選ぶ場合があります。network.enabled だけでプロキシは起動せず、ドメイン制限には有効なプロキシが必要です。never は追加権限を与えません。

ツールと環境変数

検索、コマンド通信、MCP、apps は別経路です。MCP OAuth はモデル認証とは独立です。Skills、Hooks、子代理は実行環境の対応を確認します。shell 変数のフィルターは秘密への全経路を遮断するものではありません。
